Extremely disappointing experience with Handy Guy. Poor communication, contradictory explanations, and an attitude I found dismissive when I questioned what happened. I explained to Jennifer by phone that I needed a multi-zone MRCOOL system connected to one exterior unit. When she later appeared confused about the project, I put it IN WRITING on August 31: “The system is a 4 zone system…to a single exterior unit.” Jennifer told me an onsite visit was necessary. Last fall we reached out to Handy Guy to get an estimate to cut our soffit to make room for our new screen door. We got our estimate quick and easy from Jeremy and Jonah. Today we had the work done and I have to say I am very impressed! After being stood up by another business, these guys really fixed our outlook on handy people. Jeremy and Jonah were very polite, efficient and made sure everything was perfect! Could not recommend these guys enough. Best part is we ended up being almost $1000 under our original quote!
I have had the pleasure of working with Jeremy, Jonah and Jennifer for several years. From painting, siding, electrical, drywall to putting furniture together. They have always exceeded my expectations! I have them on speed dial for any job I need done well!! Lynn W
We have hired Jeremy and Jonah for dry wall repair, interior painting and furniture assembly and are pleased as punch with the results.
