Got a quote that was reasonable, A difficult install, was actually done quick and professionally, will be using there services again soon.
The glass on one side of our window was busted open. We asked around for recommendations and a friend recommended handy glass man. The glass window had obviously been replaced before by someone who had no idea what they were doing because there was caulking all over the sides of the window. So because of that the not so handy glass man couldn't open the window. So he asked my husband for tools to scrape the caulking away so he could take the window out. Called two weeks ago on a Monday. Was promised that someone would stop by later in the week to take measurements and give me an estimate. No one showed all week so I called back them again the next Monday. She said they were busy which is why he didn't show, but they never informed me of this and she made it sound like I was rude to even question why the no show.
