They are as crooked as it gets. They did some work for us and took advantage of us charging $1400 for a gas valve replacement part - which is actually only. $140 max part - so yes they Over charged us and did a 400% mark up on the part that was “needed” to fix the heat- which it didn’t. After the tech installed it leaving nothing but a burning plastic smell coming into the building then having the tech come back out the next day to say “oh it’s the heat exchanger that has a crack actually” and wanting another $4400 to fix th... read more

Such a great service by Handy Bros. Their sales team (Marshall specifically) was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and very transparent. When the techs came to install my new water heater, again, just great! They made sure any mess they made was all cleaned before they left. They have to take a lot of pictures to ensure their supervisor says the quality is acceptable. All in all, a great experience and I will definitely use them again. Thanks Handy Bros.

The staff was very friendly from the sales person to the technicians. The install was very smooth and they did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were done. The office staff was always more than happy to promptly answer any questions we had.

I very happy with the service and the Tec was Pleasant and understanding and knowledgeable in his field.
