"Andy" not only showed up on time - he texted me when he was going to be "4" minutes late. Who does that? Andy that is who. When he arrived he immediatly got started on the task and replaced the part as promised. When he was done he did something that I never seen before. His final price came in lower. I contacted Handy Andy’s when I was concerned about driving my vehicle to a mechanic. First time using this service. Easy communication via texting/email to describe the issue and set an appointment. Andersen arrived and quickly got to work searching for the root cause. He was able to find that the issue I was experiencing was loose and corroded battery connection. He fixed that and my vehicle is running perfectly now. I will be using Andersen for future vehicle servicing needs and recommend him!
