We needed help with a small job we wanted to avoid turning into a big job, and Andy answered the call. He quoted us his price for a minimum service call (which we appreciated knowing up front, and also considered fair). We all agreed that if we had an hour of his time, we could ask him to look at a few other things. He was prompt, kind, patient. I hired Andrew to repair my bi-fold closet doors. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. As for the job, I had tried repeatedly to do it myself and failed - and he finished it in about an hour!
