Constantly had issues with scheduling as a new client. They said my son’s appointment was not on the day that I had clearly put in my calendar. Inpersonable and unfriendly customer service. Very monotone and clinical feeling. Also therapists were dressed in scrubs??? What is this a doctor’s office? They said I was supposed to see Dr Campbell and when I showed up (after waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time) I was told that there was more scheduling conflicts and now my sons therapy would be with an intern and sometimes... read more
