Deena was very knowledgeable, personable, and encouraging during our BLS session. She offered a relaxed and friendly style of teaching. We had a hiccup on the day of class, but Deena immediately offered alternate options to make up for it. If you're looking for a small class size without a pressuring environment, this is the place! I'll definitely be back for renewal.
