Deena was very knowledgeable, personable, and encouraging during our BLS session. She offered a relaxed and friendly style of teaching. We had a hiccup on the day of class, but Deena immediately offered alternate options to make up for it. If you're looking for a small class size without a pressuring environment, this is the place! I'll definitely be back for renewal.

As a retired veteran, I have attended many First Aide, CPR, and AED classes throughout my military career. Mrs. Deena and her instructors were by far the best class I’ve received. The information gained was very useful, up-to-date, and most importantly the practices that we were instructed to perform were very realistic. "Hands Over Hearts For Life" team did such a wonderful job, I book them twice for my company’s training and I will be making a future reservation for a 3rd training session.
