Hurting before a show + overtraining, I'm so happy I found Keith especially in the east side area. He was incredibly response and was able to take me in last minute. His studio is incredibly tranquil, comfortable, and welcomed respite! All of my focused crunchy, knotty points were worked on, and included cupping on the particular cranky spots. I'll absolutely be coming back!
Had some tension happening from over reaching in my training and Keith was incredible with his knowledge and gentle touch. He was very mindful of my pain and worked around my fear and strains. Body is recovering well after.
