I fully recommend Hands on Therapy!!! I'm very happy to find them I had a distal radius surgery (ORIF) and felt lost and frustrated with the recovery process. After a video consultation with Hoang i have a clear plan to fully recover, but also what issues to avoid. She helped me with: * Understand what i was doing wrong * How a hands works and where i must focus my attention * A daily routine of exercises, including cadence and duration
My visits have been amazing, and the care has been fantastic, the staff is lovely. I came in for my shoulder, when I walked in I couldn't move and now I'm brand new. Thank you to Hands On therapy team!
