The issue here is with the process of booking appointments and how they cancel them. My first appointment was for 10am and I showed up at 9 45 to be told they actually pushed it back 1hr to 11am. Not a big deal, I just waited (although it was a work day and I needed to take off an extra hour of work..) I booked a follow up appointment a few weeks later for 11:30am and the day of I log in to make sure they didn't push it again, and I see the appointment was cancelled and there was no effort to reschedule with me.
