Hands on Therapeutics (HOT) physical therapists are cream of the crop and top block! I am very fortunate that Dr. Yadava and HOT therapy are connected and work together in the best interest of the patients. The best part is the colocation where the doctor and therapist work together for optimal patient care. Love this group!
Pain is gone! Exercise plan is do-able. Keaton is skilled and personable--he listens and tailors the plan to my life style and abilities. I am so much better and motivated to stay pain-free! Thank you!

Except for the receptionist two times being absolutely rude and put out. Physical therapist is good however. Might just have to cancel my other appointments though...but on 8/30 the receptionist was a doll... not the same one from three days before
Excellent PTs and super-nice people here. Even though I come in with physical pain, I come out happy.
I was diagnosed and referred to HOT for sacroiliac joint dysfunction and trochanteric bursitis at the end of February. I started sessions a couple times a week, working out to every two weeks. I was the most pain I've ever felt in my life, unable to stand or walk for more than a few minutes at a time. Today (less than 2 months later) I was discharged from their program pain-free!! I have struggled with my scoliosis since a young age and gone to multiple chiropractors that only gave me temporary relief of my back pain. Hands-On Therapeutics STL has provided me with a Hands-On solution that I can use in my everyday life. I feel that I am now charge of my scoliosis and in turn my life.
