I have multiple rare disorders that are hard to treat. ( Systemic CPRS, POTS and EDS being the worst) I have had dozens of PTs fail to help me over the years. This kind of PT is the only thing that helps my pain. I need it to maintain function. I have also had pelvic floor therapy here and it has reduced my pain where others also failed. This is forever my PT practice as long as I live in the area. Even my heart rate and how often I pass out was improved. I couldn't recommend them more. My 7 year old is also a patient.
Great owners, therapists and office personnel, they had an excellent treatment plan for me and I was gradually feeling better. Unfortunately due to my work schedule, I missed two appointments and was too embarrassed to go back since I had already wasted their time twice. I definitely recommend going especially if you have low back and sciatic issues.

This place is amazing! I have cronic back pain and arthritis in my back. this is the ONLY place that has helpped with any kind of relief. I have done traditional PT and seen many chiropractors. Nothing had worked.
One of the best physical therapists I’ve ever met. And I am from the big city( Washington DC). They have helped me recover from issues that I have had for the last 10 years. Doctors would tell me that I’d be in pain the rest of my life. I’ve been seeing them on and off for 2 years now, and I can say that they have almost taken the pain away! Horrible customer service! I was charged $50 when I did not show up for an appointment during the covid-19 lockdown. Yet they had no problem canceling my appointments for the same reason. Had to call 4 times and the owners would not even call me back to refuse my request for a refund. So sad to see this with all of the PT places around ft. Wayne.
Cannot say enough good things about all the staff at Hands On Physical Therapy. Kind, caring and professional. They all go the extra mile to help their patients heal.
Excellent place. It has been the best results for my neck/shoulder pain. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I always look forward to my next visit.
