Saw someone leave a low review saying this place only takes “easy cases” and honestly that’s just absurd to me. Before finding this PT office I was in and out of the ER from pain that was so bad I could barely do normal daily stuff without ending up in tears. This went on for around 3 months before I finally started treatment here. My issues were not simple at all either. I recieved Soft Wave Therapy for a torn labrum. It helped enough to where I don’t need surgery.
I had a great PT there but she moved to a place closer to her home on the windward side. I asked the owner if I could continue there with another PT and he said no. I was shocked with his response. I assume they want easy cases that are short lived.
I highly recommend Hands-On Physical Therapy. Great place. Dr. Lena is very knowledge and great at her job. Supportive throughout the entire process.
