I discovered an issue with ordering my specific lab, and called customer service. They were friendly, ACTUALLY CALLED BACK, and got the issue resolved within 24 hours. PLUS called again to confirm that the ordering of the lab went as planned. On top of that, I just got a confirmation that my lab shipped within an hour of me ordering it! Terrible. Slow to ship. Voicemail full. No communication. And of course this is the only option to get my necessary lab equipment for class
