Edwin was fantastic! My carpets had not been cleaned in 2 years (I do not recommend waiting this long!) and they were in rough shape. Edwin warned me that I might want to start saving for the new carpet fund, but after he was done and the carpets were dry, they looked 100% better. Edwin took his time and was dedicated to getting tough stains out. He was knowledgeable about carpet care and was happy to share good tips about extending the life of the carpets.
