I agree with the 1-star reviews. I made an appointment 1.5 weeks in advance, and no one told me I needed to provide a referral or insurance card. Two days before the appointment, the manager called asking for them. I emailed everything immediately. On the day of my appointment, the office called and canceled it, claiming they never received my email. When I asked to speak to the manager, they said she wasn't in. The owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I could overlook this if the results were positive, but unfortunately my symptoms never improved and now I have limited mobility.

I was not impressed. The therapist was very unprofessional. The whole time I was in my appointment she was distracted giving noted to write down regarding her last appointments. She kept starting and stopping. I explained prior to scheduling that I had to leave early because I had another appointment . I was told it wouldn't be a problem. What it actually happened was that I would miss about 1/3 of my very first appointment.
