The owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I could overlook this if the results were positive, but unfortunately my symptoms never improved and now I have limited mobility.

I was not impressed. The therapist was very unprofessional. The whole time I was in my appointment she was distracted giving noted to write down regarding her last appointments. She kept starting and stopping. I explained prior to scheduling that I had to leave early because I had another appointment . I was told it wouldn't be a problem. What it actually happened was that I would miss about 1/3 of my very first appointment. Had a disappointing experience with this hand therapy place. I had to reschedule a 12pm appointment due to an unexpected situation with my cleaners arriving early. I called and explained, hoping for a bit of understanding, but was told there’s a $150 fee for not giving 48 hours’ notice, with no exceptions even for first offenses. To make matters worse, the staff member I spoke to, Jocelyn, hung up on me when I tried to continue the conversation. They seemed more interested in collecting fees than in patient care.
