Brand new car was delivered directly to me since it was a dealer transfer that was traveling by us to the dealer. We opted to directly accept the vehicle and the dealer offered to pay for a professional detail. For $150, the vehicle was picked up and returned within 2 hours. Honestly believe they went through a car wash. Biggest sign it wasn’t detailed is the interior windows were not cleaned and the residue from the window stickers was still there. Do NOT use this business. They canceled on me, then the day they said they were gonna do it they decided to jack the price up an extra $125 from what I was told it would cost. Just a waste of time. People like this should not be in business. The owner didn't tell the worker that he was even supposed to be cleaning my car the day he told me they could do it. Just ridiculous. No customer service what so ever.

Excellent service. No comments were made on the state of the interior of my vehicle, even when I volunteered that my attempts to clean it probably made it worse. He simply asked what I needed done and got to work. The waiting area has a real comfortable couch, there's a restroom which is nice. It's a small building with a tiny parking lot, so it's a good idea to call ahead and make sure you'll have someplace to park. I called the number listed for this business and the guy told me he would come get my car the next day at my work. He called this morning and said he would be there between 11-12. He never showed up. Never called to say he wouldn’t be coming or couldn’t do it. I tried to call them several times to see when someone would come get my vehicle and no one ever answered or called me back. I would not recommend and would not use this business.
