don't beleive the hype – Sure it looks pretty, but the staff is horrible. My nail tech would hardly speak to me and when I tried to be chatty.She just grunted. Finally, I asked her how she liked working at the place and she told me how much she hated it and when into detail about the cookie cutter atmosphere and poor management. An unhappy staff = a miserable manicure. The receptionist looked bored and she couldn't be bothered to answer questions about product. I would not go back.

not as good as i thought it would be. – i walk in there and ready for my nail appointment and when i sit down the lady has no idea how to do acrilic nails. and i told her 3 times that i wanted pink and white and no tips and she looked at me like i was crazy. she also said it would be $16 more dollars for pink and white. and i was not going to pay $85 for a new set. i will never go here again. besides the nice chair they have that is about all that is good.

worst experience – This was the worst manicure ever! I paid $76 for full set of fiberglass nails. They look like a five year old child did them. They are bulky, ugly shaped, and I found out most of the staff of this place are temporary....so I paid $76 for what looks like an amateur job. This is the most I've ever paid and the worst job I've ever had done to my nails. The staff sucks!!!
