Wow! Angela was absolutely phenomenal! I came in suffering with some nerve issues and shoulder/neck pain after a terrible nights sleep. I know I carry all my stress and momming in my upper back and neck, and was looking for a targeted massage to help relieve that tension. I went in to see Angela because I wasn't able to run without pain. She was so knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and even gave me some useful stretches to get me back out on the road. I will recommend her to all my friends.
Patrica (Patty) was amazing. I have bad neck, upper back, and shoulder problems. A regular massage typically eases the pain for a day or so. I went to Patty for a restorative massage and she was able to release all my trigger point to fully relax my muscles for the first time in ages. I’m several days out and still feel great. I’m also able to sleep through the night for the first time in as long as I can remember, because the pain no longer wakes me up. She is a miracle worker!!
