I can't figure out how to leave a new review, so today (12/8/25) I'm adding to the one from a week ago. Noor did a great job! She went above and beyond to try to relieve preexisting sensitivity and then went on to complete my dental work. A job well done! Thank you. Been going here for a couple years now. Never had any issues besides the front not answering sometimes when I need to schedule. But when I need something done, they take care of it. Joe has been great on the medical side helping with everything I have issues with and always very nice! and Kim in dental always takes good care of me and is super sweet! Gets me scheduled as soon as she can. Overall I like coming here, it's a great place for people who don't have insurance that needs help.
IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO REVIEW I WOULD!!! The FRONT office with their pick and choose who to help mentality is sickening. NOTHING EVER HAPPENS WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE THERE EITHER it's almost like the front office girls are related to the boss or something! I was blessed to be able to utilize the services here since last year. First visit I got regular work done and no problem. On the medical side Nurse Joe hooked me up with Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa for my colorectal cancer I am now cancer free. I owe him my life literally. On the dental side I've had many extraction s and fillings plus dentures made all pretty much pain free. Thanks to the dentist and staff. Kim the coordinator is a godsend scheduling and setting all my procedures up to accommodate me. She is great. Such a great experience going to Hands.
Posting for the dental office, specifically Kim! She has been amazing to me for 2 years now and I couldn’t be more grateful for her help!! I have seen her always bus, yet she still has the compassion to assist, well noticed! Thank you, Kim and also, Dr Holbrook is awesome too!!
