Hands of Hope provided 8 hour care to eventually 24 hour care for my mother in her own home, over 16 months They were very good! Caretakers were mostly experienced and caring. They communicated well and also provided notes/documentation. They took care of the home as well- that's difficult with 3 shifts a day, 7 days per week. We love Hands of Hope, have been with them for more than one and a half years. Always on time and have never missed a shift. Care givers are well trained and provide great services! Staff is caring and fully understand services provided.
I would definitely recommend Hands of Hope to any family needing elderly care! They took great care of my grandmother all the way to the end! They are very compassionate and loving! Earned every bit of these 5 stars!
