Just had an initial appointment and had a lymph and compression session. Carolyn was so knowledgeable about everything. She started the appointment explaining the lymph system and how it works and ways to get it moving. The actual session was super relaxing and my heaviness in my legs were better afterwards. Definitely excited to come back, learn more, and feel better!

I'm seeing Carolyn for post-surgical lymphatic treatments, and can't say enough about how knowledgeable, compassionate and truly helpful she has been to my recovery process. I am seeing Carolyn for lymphatic drainage and miofacial release. Carolyn is so helpful in explaining the body, what issues I have and what things I can do to help myself too. Her massages are very helpful in relieving my symptoms. She is a an excellent skilled & professional provider. I highly recommend.
