I am seeing Carolyn for lymphatic drainage and miofacial release. Carolyn is so helpful in explaining the body, what issues I have and what things I can do to help myself too. Her massages are very helpful in relieving my symptoms. She is a an excellent skilled & professional provider. I highly recommend.

Carolyn is amazing! She helped me to understand that my lympathic system was not working correctly, recommended a doc for me to connect with and I found out I have vein disease in my legs. I had the issues with the veins in my legs fixed and now with her monthly massages my swelling in my legs and body is under control. Best of all, I'm not in pain anymore. I am forever grateful to her!

I see Carolyn for lymphatic drainage/release and myfascial massages. The sessions not only assist me physically but mentally for a full mind/body experience. I highly recommend her as a guide to help you focus on your own path toward self care and relaxation.
