I was met by an older gentleman at the door. I was trying to see if this was my Dr. office as I am new to this office, he abruptly said "NO!" and told me to leave. I asked for help and he was rude again to me. There are so many other agencies in the area, I wouldnt waste my time with this place. Disrespectful, rude, and abrupt.
This will be our 3rd agency we have worked with but this is the first agency that has demonstrated the support and have been with us every step. The staff have been very supportive they are only a phone call away 24/7 does not matter the hour
Staff is kind and share an abundance of hospitality !
