This is now Hands of Healing Shelter- I was a case manager here where I got a lot of experience. Unfortunately the program director is not the very best personally nor professionally. Many people were let go due to unfair reasons such as no guidance or direction. I was met by an older gentleman at the door. I was trying to see if this was my Dr. office as I am new to this office, he abruptly said "NO!" and told me to leave. I asked for help and he was rude again to me. There are so many other agencies in the area, I wouldnt waste my time with this place. Disrespectful, rude, and abrupt.
Awesome staff, they are very friendly and helpful. They work well together and they treat you with respect

Hands of Healing is a great foster care agency, they are very attentive to their foster parents and are great with working with the children and delivering the services that are need. My experience being an intern at this agency has been very educational and welcoming. Employees there are always quick to answer any questions that I may have and lend a helping hand. I would refer any social work students to do their internship at this agency.
