I came here with a friend, and we both got massages. It was a wonderful experience, very relaxing, and probably the best massage I have had in Utah. I did feel a bit sore afterward, but that was fine since I specifically wanted knots and aches worked out. The massage therapist was very communicative and always checked in to make sure the pressure was not too much. Whenever I mentioned it, she adjusted immediately. I had a prenatal massage yesterday where I left hurting more than when I arrived. I’m 26 weeks along and my main concerns were/are my lower back, hips and feet.
