I went to Hands to have a watch engraved and had a wonderful experience. A couple days after dropping it off I got a call saying that the engraving machine had messed up and they would have to order a new piece. They handled the situation with outstanding customer service. The watch was completely quickly after and the engraving was beautiful! The customer service won me over, I will be back!

For our daughters third birthday we took her to hands jewelers to pick out her very first pair of big girl earrings/ear piercing. It was THE BEST experience and such sweet, unforgettable memories were made. We are SO thankful for our Hands Jewelers experience! We will be life long customers!
Absolutely incredible. My engagement ring was damaged, and I took it to Hands to get repaired. I had no idea how amazing my experience there would be. They worked with my insurance with my interest in mind and repaired my ring flawlessly. Linda was absolutely incredible to work with, and very empathetic for our situation. All together, it took about a month for the whole process, but I now have an even more beautiful ring and couldn't be happier. 10/10!
I can’t give Hands enough compliments. From the beginning of the process, Linda was amazing. She helped us pick out the perfect ring for us. Fast forward a couple years, my ring got lost in the mail while I was sending it back and forth for some work to be done. The Hands team did not rest until they located my ring and got it back safely to me. They gave me continuous updates and stayed in touch until the moment it was back with me.
