HiH is a calming, quiet space to relax and everyone is very professional.
I had a sports massage by Denny and it was exactly what my knots have needed for far too long! I am very active and “abuse” my body regularly. In the past, I haven’t had a massage that was deep enough to feel like it was doing much, but Denny is very good at making sure the pressure is comfortable on every muscle and working the problem areas. I feel amazing and I have already recommended him to others!

We went for a couples massage, and it was a wonderfully relaxing experience! The staff rocked, the atmosphere was comfortable and clean, and our massages were the best we have ever had. We will be back!
Excellent, professional Massage Therapist. Takes on the most stubborn muscles, using hot stones, cupping , deep tissue massage. Constantly adjusts therapy to find the best individual treatment, providing relaxation and rejuvenation. I would highly recommend Denny for a amazing massage treatment.
We were in for a couples massage package and it was fantastic! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and calming. Just what we needed after moving. Definitely want to come back and we will be recommending to friends and family.
Just had a massage done by Channy and it was amazing! Best full body massage i've had! Very good at working out the tension!
