Great massage. Horrible customer service. - I never got my 2nd appointment (Groupon). - She will not return my calls. - She double booked my 2nd session even.
Worse customer service ever! I tried on 8 different separate occasions to try and set up a massage appointment I already paid for, they would not answer the phone and would not accept setting an appointment except through email. OK, emailed, but they would not return emails or phone calls after numerous tries over two weeks. I never received my massage and was ignored repeatedly to try and set up an appointment.
