I’ve purchased a few things from this store. Shirts and jewelry. The clothing has pulls after only a few washings and one was made from such thin material a normal plastic hanger poked a hole in it. The quality of the materials are terrible. Additionally, I overheard the owner talking poorly to her employees. If she speaks to employees like that I can’t imagine what she says about someone who walks through the door 😬

When walking and we were greeted with a simple hi. There was no how can I help you today or how are you doing. The lady at the counter was unkind and seem to be in a bad mood. She then snapped at a customer and said are you ready in a very rude tone. I think that you guys need to work on your workers being kind and inviting.

The return policy is very limiting; however, customer service was helpful when I reached out since the item was a gift that had been purchased 14 days in advance of receipt. Still, due to return policy, I will likely not be purchasing from them in the future. If you are planning to purchase an item as a gift for someone and it is purchased more than 14 days before you give them the gift there isn't really an option for the gift recipient to exchange the item.
