arrogant no talent bartenders – As a patron of Handlebar J's it was unfortunate to witness the rudeness of the bartenders there. I have personally seen them telling a customer if he did not tip to get out of the seat so some one else could sit down that would tip. I know this customer personally and he has always been gracious to staff when being served however is it a requirement to tip after each drink ?I think not!!
