Do not use this service! You will end up with quadrupled estimates, late arrival ( 3 days later than promised in my case) and absolutely horrible customer service. One of customer service representatives ( Shelby) was laughing at me when I demanded my money back. She said that I never be able to get it back even if I go to the court. The didn’t care that your landlord want you out. They didn’t care of your personal needs. They hire out of state contractors who really careless about the company image.
HWC moved my stuff from Ann Arbor to Boston. They quoted me least price among all the other moving companies. I would highly recommend them. excellent people and great service. I am 100% satisfied.
