We hired Handle With Care Contracting to rebuild a retaining wall that collapsed end of last year. Danny came out to review the project and took his time looking at the work that needed to be done. Danny explained that the work that had been done by the previous owner was not done correctly. He explained what needed to be done to rebuild a wall that would last for many years. Danny retiled our bathroom floor single-handedly and within a day, which was especially awesome since we have only the one bathroom! As he worked, he replaced rotted wood and pipe and dealt with all the unpredictable issues that arise on such projects. I recently bought a house and Danny handle my basement refinish. Prior to purchasing, a water main had burst and destroyed the flooring and drywall in the basement. The pictures show the before. It was left in pretty rough condition. Danny tore down a wall, redid the drywall, took care of moving electrical outlets and adding in new LED lighting, installed luxury vinyl flooring, and painted. Hired Handle With Care for a bathroom reno job in Rotterdam. Scope of work was to completely remove the old shower and install new insulation for the floor and walls, as well as redo the floor, sink, toilet, etc. They did everything above and beyond. Replaced supports for the floor that were rotting under the shower, moved the drain location, reinstalled with a brand new shower, water heater, toilet, sink, floor, and trap door + new trim.
