We drive from Collierville (an hour) because these are the only people who have been 100% trustworthy. They are genuinely concerned with helping us! All repairs have been great - to both our vans and our wheelchairs. Reasonable pricing. Always willing to help when we need it. Communication is great! They have my highest recommendation!
I have worked with quite a few medical supply companies since I landed in a wheelchair 17 years ago. I found Handicap of Jackson 10 years ago, and they are my first call whether I need new equipment or old equipment repaired. Al and Ty and the entire team have always been helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They work hard to get you what you need and what will work best for you. I recommend them without hesitation. Best customer service ever.
DO NOT USE THEM!!! We had trouble with a lift that they installed and took it in for "preventative maintenance." The next time the lift was used, the switch (which was what we had trouble with) BROKE! I called and left a message (OF COURSE it was after they closed) and Al was apologetic and conciliatory until I mentioned that I had to work the rest of the week; his idea of responsibility is to wait until my day off to take it to them so they can fix it because he "would have to charge" for sending a technician here to fix it... read more
