Cedric is an absolute game changer for wellness. I first met him at an event at the zoo where everyone was raving about him, so I went to see what the hype was about—and I’m so glad I did. I now host him for pop-ups at my own business and see him monthly for reiki and massage. He has an incredible gift for reading energy. Cedric doesn’t only do traditional massage. For my 1st visit he released muscles for the first time. He uses Reiki, acupressure, and other methods to help you feel so much better. I’ve been slowly recovering from spinal surgery for 3 months. I felt hugely improved after my first visit with Cedric. I’m going back next week.

Cedric provided a very safe, calm, and comforting environment and was very thorough in ensuring my needs and intentions were heard. I'm working massage therapy in as an element of self-care to reduce retained stress. Cedric's massage work was amazing. Cedric is an amazing person! He has healed parts of me I didn’t know needed healing. After my last session he had asked me when was the last time I had a good cry.
