Absolutely the best ice cream ever but their prices are not posted in the store or online on their website. It's like a highly kept secret. It is pricey. Know that going into it. It would be very appropriate to be more transparent about your pricing
Handels is good. It's a sit down ice cream place which is so hard to find nowadays with lots of good flavors!
The service wasn’t very friendly. Not greeted upon entering the store and the cashier was very short during checkout, no please or thank you. Did not feel welcomed! Ice cream is good but service makes or breaks it for me.Hope this helps!
Service was good and the staff inside were friendly. The outdoor seating area had the misters on, which would normally be nice, but two of the tables were wet and unusable. When I asked if they could shut them off, the staff just looked at me and didn’t do anything. Needless to say, everyone on the patio was complaining about the misters being on. Great ice cream, but the outdoor experience definitely needs some attention.
