The young lady that took our order was good as far as customer service skills, however the outside was very dirty the tables, and the floor had a lot of trash. A recommendation would be to have a worker outside wiping down the tables and sweeping the floor.
Excellent ice cream choices and service. The 4-scoop sampler is definitely the way to go -- and it's amazingly affordable! Also, use the dedicated parking spaces inside the parking structure, immediately East of location.
Went to handles because I was recommended this place because I like sonic so I decided to go try it and since it's my first time I had a few questions but seems to had bugged the cashier person since she kinda ignored my questions. The ice cream was good but the experience wasn't
