I love coming to this location, the staff the staff is always great, especially the lady who was there this afternoon 1/16/26. She was extremely helpful since I couldn’t decide on what to get.
This location is the WORST. I grew up going to Handels and since moving to twinsburg this is now my closest location. They are SO STINGEY AND CHEAP with the ice cream. Why are there barely any toppings/mix-ins in the ice cream anymore? I had to stop ordering my absolute favorite flavor, Graham Central Station, because at this point it’s just a quart of plain flavored ice cream and maybe 1 or two mix in pieces inside.
