Definetely a new favorite. My family got 5 and we all tried all, all absolutely amazing!
My husband and I decided to try Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream for the first time, and overall it was a good experience. The shop itself is pretty small. There is outdoor seating, but in the middle of an Arizona summer, sitting outside isn’t exactly appealing. I do wish they had some indoor seating because the line gets long, and once you get your ice cream, there’s really nowhere inside to enjoy it. If you love icecream you will love this place. Has some killer flavors you dont see in other places, LIKE BANANA CREAM PIE, so freaking good
We are Youngstown natives where handles originated. All locations miss the mark compared to back home, but this one more so. We usually go to the surprise location and theirs is much better than park west. Operation wise was much better here, their pickup window was open, and the staff was nice. However, we will be sticking to the surprise location. Super disappointing to see these franchises not live up to the Youngstown magic.
