Placed an online order tonight at our local handels. It’s never been a great experience but my husband wanted it so I ordered and went to pick up. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I got the text that my order was ready. This location has a designated order pickup window so I walked up to the window and waited for someone to hand my order through the window. I honestly hate giving low ratings especially when dealing with young employees. Inexperienced, maybe a part time job but no matter the case good customer service and a smile goes a long way!!! Thanks to the young man who jumped in and saved my daughter’s order or I would’ve maybe given my first 1 star rating!!! The ice cream flavor was better than I expected!!!
Delicious! Excellent customer service.
OMG, this place is amazing! So many flavors, and you can combine them in milkshakes, too. It is definitely an occasional treat though, as its a bit spendy. Me and my two young sons came out to $30+.
