Have had ice cream at the Visalia location before but we were in the Fresno area and decided to stop at this location. You had TWO people working on a Saturday afternoon and the line was OUT THE DOOR. That’s a management issue and you need to do better at scheduling your employees especially on weekends. Stood there for about 15 minutes before finally walking out. Had two different sets of families in front of us and atleast 5-7 people waiting on their orders.
