In my experience, Dr. Jones doesn't have a good bedside manner. In none of my several visits with him did it seem like he was listening to my concerns. He doesn't communicate with me, at all, and while he's been good about ordering routine tests for me, it isn't enough when he also doesn't tell me that I've been scheduled for said tests. If those were my only complaints, I could forgive his behavior. Maybe he's neurodivergent. He made it very easy to get refills on my inhaler and diabetic test strips, but dismissed important medical concerns I brought up. I know I have an umbilical hernia, or SOMETHING abnormal in my abdomen, as when I bend the wrong way it feels like something inside my belly "pops" out of place and it's very painful and I have to bend in 20 different directions to try to get it to "pop" back in to where it should be. I absolutely love Dr. Jones! I’ve been his patient for awhile and he always listens to my concerns. He’s always thorough and has great bedside manners. He makes me feel comfortable with talking with him about my health concerns. I hated to hear of him leaving the Jeffersonville location but have decided to continue care with him at the Crestwood location. Yea, it’s a bit further to drive, but the care, passion, and professionalism is well worth it! Highly Recommended!
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Jones he takes the time to listen to yur concerns and answers and questions you may have...I have reached out to him via Mychart and he always responds in a reasonable time frame
