The management went beyond the call of duty to provide a very quick turnaround in time to have the jewelery ready for an 18th birthday present for our grand daughter.

5 STARS for a 5 STAR service a Handcraft Studio. I inquired from the friendly team to have my ring cleaned polished with rhodium plated finish with stunning results. My ring has never looked this fabulous compared to having the service elsewhere. I was hands down blown away with how gorgeous my ring looked when I collected it AND it was a short wait as service was completed in store.
