excellent and reliable service. he has lots of work so they took longer than expected however, Worth the wait. I converted a shoulder bag into a crossbody and Neverfull pouch also into a crossbody. amazing work done.
This store is one of my favorite stores in McAllen. The staff is amazing and the work that they’ve done on my bags and shoes is top-notch! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on high-end items. The craftsmanship is excellent and they pay attention to every detail! A+++

Had bag for trim and handle replacement for 5 months and no work was completed except taking off old handles. Lied to the entire time. Said my bag was almost complete then after another 2+ weeks was told it wasn’t started. Finally requested bag to be returned and has no handles- can’t not use bag and have to send off somewhere else to get handles back on.Customer service was horrible and will never do business again, excuse after excuse. Bag was shipped June 5th.
