Dr Edgar Handal has done 2 hip replacements and a knee replacement for me. I think he is terrific!! The last happening within the past 5 weeks. My home health nurse shared with me that she has been practicing over 17 years and in all that time not one of his patients ever has had a postoperative infection. That is HUGE!! Dr. Handal is an amazing and caring surgeon. March 5, 2025 I had a reverse shoulder replacement done. He does not rush into doing surgery. He made sure that my surgery was absolutely necessary before agreeing to perform my surgery. In less than 4 months I had full range of motion back. I highly recommend Dr. Handal for your joint replacement surgery His office staff is also great. They answer your concerns and needs very quickly.
It's almost one year (2/16/22) since my total knee replacement surgery. Pain, what pain thanks to Dr. Handal. Next chapter is my other knee, totally ready to be pain free.
