Never go back!!! My Experience with the doctor Mark Henry was ok. I felt I wasn't with a doctor, Beside waiting for a long time which is kind of normal when you go to see a doctor. I am very upset with this Center, the luck of customer service, the person who answered the calls not willing to listen, I asked to talk the the accounting department because I revived a collectors letter for $83.65. The hand and wrist center has a rude staff and a staff that is hard to work with. They try to force you to go a pharmacy of there choice and make it difficult if you want to go to your own pharmacy. Plus if you dont agree to the photos being taken for medical research they will not take you as patience. Be prepared to wait for more than an hour. One man walked out during my visit because he had been waiting for over an hour and a half. The Doctor is ok, seams nice but talks fast and everything sounds like he is speaking from... read more
this is an excellent physician and his staff is very good, so sad he is no longer taking medicare patients....what a loss for the eldery
