I was seen on time and got first line of treatment - cortisone shot. Done in 15 minutes. Staff and doctor were very pleasant and efficient. Results not great yes but giving it time.
My experience was great. Dr Kimball and Dr Stilts were attentive and knowledgeable.Not pushy at all which I appreciate because I tend towards conservative management for a start.
I saw The x-ray technician and a doctor Stutts For longer than I saw a Dr. Kimball. My appointment was with Dr. Kimball and I saw him after everything had been done by Dr. Stutts. The reason I came to your facility was because Dr ROSS my shoulder doctor had recommended Dr. Kimball and I saw Dr. Kimball after everything had been done meaning I had gotten two Cortizone shots in my hand, but where was Dr. Kimball during all that he was coming in after everything was done. I recommend Dr Kimball. He took care of a problem my prior doctor wasn’t able to. Everyone at BBJI was professional and kind to me.
