I went there a week before Mother’s Day to buy a different card and asked if it was OK to include the tip that way she didn’t have to pay out-of-pocket anything at all and they said of course that’s OK. I have never been to this chain of spas before so I didn’t know what I was walking into. I booked facials for my mom and I. We got the first time client intro price of $79, but I walked out paying $250. I felt okay about the facial. The aesthetician suggested a dermaplane, which was $100 and she said she “would throw in” red-light therapy. She didn’t tell me what she was doing or products being used. got the introductory facial & i had becca and she was wonderful! she was very nice and made my experience so relaxing. my face felt so refreshed and my pores looked so clean. the staff up front were very nice and the waiting room was also very clean & calming.
I highly recommend going in and visiting Becca for a facial! She did a wonderful job and I left feeling so fresh and relaxed!
EDIT: I received a PARTIAL refund after this review. I came in with a gift card from a friend for a one-hour massage. What I wasn’t told, until after the service, was that the gift card didn’t actually cover the full cost of a one-hour session. Had this been explained upfront, I would not have gone through with the massage. Beyond that, the overall experience felt far more sales-driven than relaxing.
