I went in today for my first introductory massage at Hand & Stone, and i am absolutely blown away. I haven’t had a ton of massages in the past, but I have had them and been to multiple different places trying things out. This location lacks the maturity, training, and customer care expected from a professional spa. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I brought my mom here for a massage, and the experience was deeply disappointing. Poor communication from the front desk regarding required forms cut into both of our sessions.
