My wife was a regular customer and unfortunately she had to cancel the day of, with a few hours of notice because of family reasons. Instead of being understanding and simply rescheduling the appt. They charged my wife $60. It seems this place doesn't value its regulars and would rather lose a customer. This place is a joke. There are plenty of massage places in the Durham region and we will happily give our business to somebody else.
I cancelled my membership after repeatedly finding it very difficult to get appointments. At the time of cancellation, I was told I would still be able to use the massage credits I had on file. When I later called to book an appointment, I was informed that my credits had expired, which I had not been informed would happen. I was told by the receptionist that the manager would look into it and call me back. Instead, I received an email stating they could not access the credits and that their prices had changed. I had problems in my upper right back for weeks now & I had my first massage today at this place! And it was absolutely great! Diana knew exactly what to do & my back's improved than it has been in some time!
I’ve been to this spa for both massages and facials 4 times. The first time I went was for a 60 minute facial and when I got there the esthetician told me she would only be doing a 45 minute service. I booked for 60 and explained this however she proceeded with a 45 minute anyway. Not a great first impression, but I can get over that. Since then, I have booked 3 massages with them. I had such an incredible facial experience with Reeve. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Her knowledge and professionalism were outstanding, and she took the time to explain everything so thoroughly. The pressure during the facial was absolutely perfect …relaxing while still feeling incredibly effective. You can tell she is highly skilled and truly passionate about what she does.
