I have few free days because I work a lot, so I book with time in advance, and it is the second time they call me to cancel my appointment. This time they say the therapist is sick for the week, although I booked any person available (I am not asking for one specific therapist. My back hurts so I am writing this and looking for some other place to book my massages from now on.
Wayne is the absolute best RMT. Understands your needs and is just the best at what he does.
