Amazing Massage from Dan Hunos Had a massage with Dan Hunos and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. He was super professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He focused exactly on the spots I asked for—and even worked on areas I didn’t realize were tight until he got to them. DISHONEST MANAGEMENT.!!!! I hate giving negative reviews about services but I just have to do this one. !! I had two gifts cards which I wanted to use in two different sessions. So I booked for Facials but the manager mistakenly booked me for a Massage, due to that they pleaded with me to rescheduled and they promised to offer me a free Facials as compensation for not respecting what I booked for. I was very tired. Took a day off. Paid for 50 mins body massage PLUS $33 for additional 10-15mins scalp massage. The massage started after 3mins (change time included/charged) and stopped in 54mins. Additional 10 mins = $$33 (paid) BUT 6mins = $$ 20 scalp massage wasn't done but charged already. Needed scalp massage badly. The therapist was good before (not my first time). I don't know if it's the management or the unhappy employees or just how they are!
