In general, I've been satisfied with their services, but a bit disappointed with their cancellation policies. I understand their cancellation policies in general, but I've been their client for several years now and recently wanted to cancel my appointment due to an emergency (note that I've never cancelled last minute before). Anyway, they said they still cant waive their late cancellation 50% fee. I wish they are more considerate and flexible as emergencies do happen.
Always an amazing experience, great staff and always happy with my service. Special should out to Nick for his gifting in massage!
My skin looks and feels fab. I had a great facial yesterday (relaxing and I left glowing) and will definitely come back again.
I was slightly disappointed this time that the massage ended in less than 45 mins while it had historically always been 50 mins (as advertised).
