TLDR; sneaky and dishonest about add ons I’m quite disappointed in the way that H&S Dan Leckie estheticians upsell during facials in ways that are unethical and lack transparency. The estheticians will frame the add ons as absolutely mandatory and as a single service when really it’s multiple add ons grouped together (but sounding like part of one service) in attempt sell more. The price increase in the last few years has been wild. Oct 2023 they raised the price of a standard 50 minute massage by $10 and then they raised the price by $10 again Oct 01 2025. That’s a $20 increase since I’ve started going there! I haven't seen any changes to the services or facility, so why the massive increase in prices?
