3 years ago I gave this location a 5 star rating. The front desk staff and massage therapists continue be top notch (Wilfred is THE BEST) The one star rating now is due to the unsanitary treatment room. I attend monthly. Four or five months ago I noticed dirt spots in the corner where I change. I chalked up to a missed night by the clearers - I am always the first client of the day, 9 am. Absolutely amazing experience! Everything was perfect from the moment I walked in. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and my appointment started exactly on time. The whole environment was calm, clean, and very relaxing. You can really tell they care about their clients and the quality of their service. I left feeling refreshed and happy. Highly recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back!

Ive had tons of massages in my life and this one left me feeling meh. I had an RMT but the pressure just wasn't good even though I requested lots of pressure. It was my first massage here and it will be my last which is sad because I live 5min away. Additionally the receptionist took about 10 minutes to greet me. It just wasn't a relaxing experience overall.
Terrible customer service. Unable to use a gift card that was given to me unless I provide my own credit card information. So I guess getting a gift card there for someone is worthless.
