I’ve seen Bonnie at Hand & Stone Thornhill for facials twice now, and she’s absolutely amazing! She’s very attentive and makes sure her clients are comfortable from start to finish. I really appreciate how knowledgeable she is about skin care and the products she uses. I had the worst experience. Poor management. I went to this branch to get the full body massage. I was late to my appointment. My husband did informed them my wife will be late beforehand and they said no worries it’s not a problem. Then when I went then message therapist gave half body massage and she said sorry I have an another client. I said fine no worries. Amazing experience! Sarah was super helpful and knowledgeable and the therapist Wilfred was probably the best massage I've ever had in my life and I'm a regular massage goer. I'll definately be back and highly recommend.
